The purpose of my visit to the hotel was to explore the historic city of Ludza. I appreciated the overall experience, particularly the comfort of the Family Room, which featured a separate toilet and a shower, enhancing our stay. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, and the restaurant served delightful meals that complemented our visit. The location near the picturesque church added to the charm of our stay. I am immensely satisfied with the hospitality provided and would like to express my gratitude to the hotel for making our trip memorable.
